2. Services Offered

LIFE IN FRAMES provides photography, cinematography, filmmaking, editing, album designing, digital media production, wedding documentation, commercial visual production, and related creative services.

All services are subject to availability, project requirements, scheduling feasibility, and mutual agreement.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

  1. Dates are considered blocked only after confirmation from our team and receipt of the applicable booking advance/payment.
  2. Payment schedules may vary depending on the project, event scale, deliverables, or custom agreements.
  3. Delayed or pending payments may result in:
  • Hold on editing or deliveries
  • Revised delivery timelines
  • Temporary suspension of services
  • Additional storage or project management charges where applicable
  1. Delivery timelines are generally calculated from:
  • Completion of all scheduled shoots/events, and
  • Receipt of final payment
  1. Payments made towards retainers, bookings, creative services, editing work, or production services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery Timelines

  1. Standard delivery timelines may vary depending on:
  • Number of events
  • Data volume
  • Event schedules
  • Peak season workload
  • Project complexity
  1. Estimated delivery timelines shared during booking or communication are approximate and may reasonably change due to operational or creative requirements.
  2. Album designing and printing timelines begin only after final image selections are received from the client.
  3. Delays in approvals, communication, selections, or pending payments from the client side may impact delivery timelines.

5. Creative Style & Artistic Discretion

Clients acknowledge and agree that LIFE IN FRAMES operates with its own unique artistic style, editing approach, cinematic treatment, storytelling methods, framing, sound design, and color grading techniques.

Creative discretion regarding shooting style, editing style, music selection, sequencing, layouts, and final presentation shall remain solely with LIFE IN FRAMES.

6. RAW Data & Deliverables

  1. RAW photographs, RAW footage, and unedited project files are not considered standard deliverables unless specifically included in the selected package or agreed separately in writing.
  2. Delivery of RAW data, backup copies, or extended archives may be subject to:
  • Additional charges
  • Storage limitations
  • Project timelines
  • Data transfer requirements
  1. Clients may be required to provide storage devices or accept delivery through approved cloud/gallery systems.

7. Media Usage & Copyright

  1. All photographs, films, edits, trailers, reels, albums, designs, graphics, and creative deliverables created by LIFE IN FRAMES remain the intellectual property and copyrighted material of LIFE IN FRAMES unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. LIFE IN FRAMES reserves the right to use project content, including photographs and videos, for:
  • Portfolio display
  • Website showcases
  • Social media platforms
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Advertisements
  • Awards and publications
  • Educational or marketing purposes
  1. Client consent regarding media usage is generally considered accepted through signed agreements, bookings, or project confirmations.
  2. Requests to restrict public usage, portfolio display, or promotional use of media may involve additional commercial/privacy charges.
  3. Requests for removal of already published content may be reviewed at the sole discretion of LIFE IN FRAMES.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information and schedules
  • Ensuring reasonable access to venues and locations
  • Obtaining permissions where required
  • Coordinating timing for portraits and planned shoots
  • Reviewing and responding within reasonable timelines
  • Arranging required approvals for drone operations wherever applicable

LIFE IN FRAMES shall not be responsible for missed moments caused by:

  • Delayed schedules
  • Venue restrictions
  • Client unavailability
  • Ceremony conflicts
  • Lack of coordination or denied access

9. Travel, Accommodation & Logistics

For events outside our primary operating cities, travel, accommodation, local transportation, and logistics may either:

  • Be arranged directly by the client, or
  • Be billed additionally as per actuals or agreed quotations.

10. Data Storage & Liability

  1. We employ commercially reasonable standards and backup practices for project data protection.
  2. However, no digital storage system can guarantee absolute protection against:
  • Technical failures
  • Hardware damage
  • Corruption
  • Natural disasters
  • Cyber incidents
  • Unforeseen operational events
  1. In any such event, the maximum liability of LIFE IN FRAMES shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
  2. LIFE IN FRAMES may not retain project data indefinitely and shall not be liable for data loss after a reasonable archival period following project completion.

11. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  1. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timeline of cancellation prior to the event date.
  2. Rescheduling requests are subject to:
  • Team availability
  • Seasonal commitments
  • Operational feasibility
  1. Additional events, schedule extensions, or last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may integrate or link to third-party platforms including payment gateways, cloud galleries, analytics tools, video hosting services, scheduling tools, and social media platforms.

Use of such services shall also be governed by the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

All disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
