Roles:
• Photographer
• Cinematographer
• Video Editor
🔹 Phase 1: Foundation (Week 1–2)
Goal: Build basics + discipline + workflow clarity
Common Training (All Roles):
- Wedding & event workflow (shoot → edit → delivery)
- On-ground professionalism & client handling
- Team coordination & communication
- Data management & backups
Role-Specific:
📸 Photographers:
- Camera settings (manual control, exposure)
- Composition & framing
- Basic posing & candid approach
🎥 Cinematographers:
- Camera movement & stabilization
- Shot breakdown & sequencing
- Basics of storytelling
💻 Video Editors:
- Software basics (Premiere Pro / FCP / Lightroom)
- File organization & workflow
- Basic cuts, pacing & music sync
🔹 Phase 2: Assisted Execution (Week 3–4)
Goal: Real shoot exposure
- Work on live weddings & shoots
- Assist senior team members
- Understand real-time pressure & coordination
📸 Assist in candid & traditional coverage
🎥 Assist in capturing sequences & B-roll
💻 Work on footage selection & rough cuts
🔹 Phase 3: Controlled Responsibility (Week 5–6)
Goal: Take ownership
📸 Handle specific moments/functions
🎥 Capture complete sequences independently
💻 Edit reels / short films independently
- Deliver tasks with deadlines
- Maintain quality & consistency
🔹 Final Evaluation
Based on:
- Discipline & reliability
- Learning speed
- Team behavior
- Output quality

VIDEO EDITORS

Are you passionate about storytelling through visuals? We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our post-production team at Life In Frames, with openings in both Gwalior and Indore.
Locations: Gwalior, M.P. India
What You’ll Do:
– Edit wedding films, teasers, social media reels & cinematic highlights
– Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand aesthetics
– Understand and translate the emotional essence of each story into visuals
– Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
– Adapt different editing styles (emotional, energetic, or documentary-style)
– OrganSze raw footage, sync audio, and ensure smooth post-production workflow
Skills We’re Looking For:
– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
– Strong storytelling sense and music synchronization
– Understanding of color correction and grading basics
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take feedback positively
– Experience in wedding or commercial editing preferred

Content Creator Intern

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator Intern to join our dynamic team at Life In Frames in Gwalior.
As part of our in-house crew, you’ll work closely on scripting, designing, and executing engaging content for YouTube and Instagram. From ideation to execution – you’ll have hands-on involvement in our storytelling process!
📍 Location: Gwalior Office (Full-time, On-site)
– Must be open to travel for outstation shoots and assignments
🎥 What You’ll Do:
– Conceptualise and script creative content ideas for social media
– Assist in filming and producing reels, BTS videos, short films & vlogs
– Design engaging content aligned with brand aesthetics
– Be a part of the crew during wedding shoots and brand assignments
– Stay updated with social trends to shape engaging content formats
📅 Type: Full-time Internship
💡 Ideal Candidate:
– Passionate about content creation, social media, and storytelling
– Basic knowledge of Scripting, filming, editing, and designing tools (like Canva, Premiere Pro, or CapCut) would be an advantage
– A good sense of aesthetics, trends, and storytelling
– Flexible with travel and field-based work
– Prior experience in content creation is a plus, but not mandatory
